    Billings

    Before starting an instance, users need to make sure a valid payment method is added to the Cloud account. For questions or more billings-related terms, please refer to Cloud Terms of Use.

    Payment Method

    Ultipa Cloud currently supports payment methods including:

    • Credit Card

    Note: User can only attach one payment card to an Ultipa account and the Ultipa account only charges the latest one added.

    Note: Expiration or invalidity of a payment method may lead to a suspension or even a termination of Ultipa Cloud services. Please make sure your payment method is valid for charges as always.

    Add & Update Payment Method

    Go to "Billings" page, find payment method session in the upper corner on the right, and click "Edit".

    Input a valid card number, expiration date, CVC on the back of the card, and the country where the card was issued in.

    Click "Submit" and the information submitted will be shown in the payment method session.

    Some payment card issuers may require card owners to complete a 3D secure authentication, users may be directed to their bank issuers' websites accordingly before a payment card is added successfully.

    Initiate a Payment

    In case of payment failures, users can innitiate an instant payment to bills generated by clicking "Pay Now" button.

    View Billing Details

    To view details, download invoices and CSV files of billing in current month, click "View" button on the "Running Total" block or click the first billing period in the bill list below:

    FAQ

    • Will I get charged for my stopped instances?

    Yes, but you would only be charged for the amounts generated by their storage usage.

    • How do you charge instances terminated before the next billing term begins?

    Ultipa Cloud charges fees generated by usage in each calendar month. We will stop calculating fees for instances once they are terminated and termination of charges takes effect once generated fees are paid in due term.

    • Can I have more than one payment cards in Ultipa Cloud?

    No, you could save only one card for payment in Ultipa Cloud currently.
