User page is only visible for admin and root users for management of users and their roles.
Admin and root users can view or edit user information as listed below:

| User ID | Automatically generated and user-identical. |
| Username | Root and admin users can create and modify. |
| Password | Root and admin users can create and modify. |
| Privilege | Root and admin users can assign privileges to admin, or normal users; users with Normal privilege do not have user management privilege. |
| Created at | The time when the user is created at. |
Create User
In User page, click “+ Create” button and add username, password, and privilege for a new user in the pop-up window:
Modify User
Find target user, click "Modify", and modify its username, password, or role in the pop-up window:
Delete User
Find target user from user list, click "Delete" in accordant row, confirm deletion in the pop-up window, and the user is deleted.
