The user here refers to Ultipa Manager user, about server or cluster user, please refer to Auths.
1. Login Ultipa Manager
Get the address of Ultipa Manager and open it in browser, user has to login first:
Click Create account to register if needed, only username and password are required. After registration, user will be logged in automatically.
2. Update Password and Logout
After logging in to Ultipa Manager, hover over the username in the upper-right corner of Ultipa Instances page to update password or logout:
3. User Roles
There are two kinds of user role in Ultipa Manager:
- Administrator: Including root user and users who are granted this role
- User: Default role after registration
4. User List
After admin user logs in to Ultipa Manager, hover over the username in the upper-right corner of Ultipa Instances page to open user list:
Operations supported in user list:
- View user info
- Edit user role
- Reset user password
- Delete user (except for the root user)
