User Log-in/out
Element | Description |

User Management
To create user accounts, manage user authentications and reset user password, go to Auths module in the sidebar:

Click '+' at the top right corner of User List to create new user:

Username and Password
Rules for username:
- Start with letters [a-zA-Z]
- Only includes underscore (_), numbers [0-9] or letters [a-zA-Z]
- Length between [2, 32] ASCII characters
Rules for password:
- Length between [6, 64] ASCII characters
Privileges and Polices
A user can have access to one or multiple graphsets, and his privileges for each of these graphsets can be different.
Choose a graphset at a time and select privileges; repeat until all the granted graphsets are set:

Note: the asterisk (*) in the above graphset list means 'all the graphsets'.

Continue to choose system privileges and policies for the user if applicable.
Note: an existing user can be edited; process of editting a user is similar with creating a user.
Policy Management
The policy mentioned in the previous process is a combination of graph privileges, system privileges and sub-policies. The purpose of policy is to better classify and manage users with different roles.
Policies are listed after the User List. Click the '+' at the top right corner of Policy List to create new policy:

Rules for policy name:
- Start with letters [a-zA-Z]
- Only includes underscore (_), numbers [0-9] or letters [a-zA-Z]
- Length between [2, 32] ASCII characters
Refer to previous introduction for selecting graphset privileges, system privileges and sub-policies of a policy.
Note: an existing policy can be edited; processing of editting a policy is similar with creating a policy.
