    vCPU is equivalent to logical core (or thread) on today's public cloud infrastructures.
    The speed of vCPU is tied to the speed (or gHZ frequency) of the underpinning phyiscal cores in the CPU --  the public cloud provider may or may not disclose the exact working frequencies of their CPU cores, but most modern CPUs are working above 2 Giga-HZ, if this is what you are looking for.
