Ultipa Cloud provides always-on instances with high performance. Users can stop, start, and terminate their instances anytime.
There might be a chance of underlying system downtime going on which accidentally suspended your instances, you could try to start the instances or contact Ultipa technical team for support. And there could be chances that your account is in overdue state or that your payment method gets invalid after due time. To resume your instances, you could switch to another payment method or clear the payment amounts due before starting your instances.
