Hey not a complaint but it has been too much of a hassle for me when I have to repeat everything I did to an existing instance for a new instance, any shortcuts/feature to skip these steps for new instances?

Greetings from Ultipa!
Yes, you could try our lately released function “Clone” to create a new instance with existing instance’s configuration information, which can be used for demands to create multiple instances with similar configurations. Also just a reminder that however, each instance requires an independent root password, so you would still need to complete this part of configuration again when “cloning”. But still "Clone" will be a super useful feature that simplifies the steps to create multiple instances in your case.
