I’ve stopped all of my instances but I noticed my running total keeps increasing, though at a slow pace. Are there any services or functions that I haven’t turned off or not aware of?

Hi there！
The storage of stopped instances still generate expenses and you would only be charged for the amounts generated by their storage usage. If you don’t want the running total to increase, you could try to terminate your instances. Just a kind reminder that the running total might be further adjusted and the finalized bills will be generated in the beginning of each calendar month.
